Puget Sound Gymnastics & Dance provides top coaching and support for the gymnasts who are selected to be part of the PSGD Gymnastics Team. Currently our team consists of Compulsory Levels 4, 5, 6 & Optional levels 7 & 8. Team members compete against other gyms in the region.
The competition season begins in October and ends in April/May.
