Using Gymnastics and Dance as the foundation, our mission is to provide the highest quality physical education programs in a fun, safe environment where all children have the opportunity to be successful and feel like winners.

Our objectives include:

1. Develop confidence and positive self-concept; Children gain confidence from knowing what their bodies can do!

2. Equip the children with fundamental movement skills and body awareness. 

3. Establish physical fitness as a daily need or lifestyle.

4. Improve participation in other activities or sports - be it gymnastics, dancing, soccer, volleyball or PE in school.

• Kindergarten Readiness Program - Gymnastics & Dance Combo - Pre-K & K boys and girls enjoy 2 hours of gymnastics and dance class with special focus on the physical skills associated with successful school experience

• Camps - All of our camps offer Gymnastics, Dance or a combination of both. Camps are held 3x annually

                 -Summer Camp; 4 weeks in July & August

                 -Winter Camp; 3-5 days at the end of December

                 -Spring Break Camp; In collaboration with Snoqualmie School District's Spring Break

• Competitive Programs:          

           - Gymnastics Levels 3-7

           - Irish Dance  

           - Competitive Dance Teams
