Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Hello and welcome to our informational newsletter! We hope to answer the common questions that are often asked. Please contact us if there is anything else you need addressed.
Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st class of each tuition month. Tuition months are four weeks long regardless of the length of the calendar month.
Tuition can be paid by check or credit card. For your convenience, a tuition box is located next to the front office window.
If paying tuition by check, please include your child’s name and class day/time directly on the check. If paying by credit card we will be happy to run the card while you watch your child during class, over the phone or whenever it is most convenient for you.
We do not bill unless tuition is late.
A $10 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received before the 2nd week of class.
You are automatically signed up in your child’s class each month unless you tell us otherwise. However, you may loose your place in class if tuition is not received before the 2nd week of class.
There are no refunds on tuition.
Should you decide to discontinue or change classes, please notify our office.
We will gladly prorate tuition for vacations if arranged in advance. We also offer a Punch Card for Summer Programs.
Family Rate
The 2nd and 3rd child registered from one family will each receive $10 off their monthly tuition.
Family Rate does not apply to Tiny Stars and Homeschool classes using a punch card as tuition is already discounted.

The first trial class is the perfect time for coach to evaluate your child’s skill level. This will insure proper placement in our program.
How can I be sure my child will progress?
All our gymnasts are taught on a proven progressive skill program. Each child will be provided clear goals and incentives to ensure success. A periodic report of your child’s progress, including new skills passed, will be available to you.
What are the belts for?
Each school-age gymnast receives a colored elastic belt & a star at the end of the first class. The gymnasts wear their belt to class each week. It readily identifies their skill level and we use them as training aides for different drills. For more detailed information click on the link below.
